Aircraft Inspection, Maintenance, and Appraisals
I am an aviation enthusiast interested in all its facets. Aviation is my vocation as
well as my advocation. My interest was cultivated at an early age and has
continued to the present. I am a private pilot, mechanic, appraiser, and
authorized inspector. I initially wanted to pursue a career as a commercial pilot,
but instead found satisfaction in the technical side of aviation. My career started
in General Aviation in the early 1980's, continued a twenty year span with Delta
Airlines, and then into my current endeavor with Avcon. After twenty years with
Delta Airlines, I established Avcon Inc. in 2005. I currently provide aviation
services, and teach in the Airframe and Powerplant program in the local
community college.
I am an aircraft owner - a Cessna 172, and a Piper PA24-250 Comanche
26 Years Experience in Aviation Inspection, Maintenance, Training, and
Appraisals.
Experience includes General Aviation, Transport Category Aircraft, Avionics,
Flight Line Maintenance, Jets, Recips, Quality Control (Inspection), Training,
and Technical Publications
FAA Certifications - A&P, IA, and Private Pilot
Aircraft Appraisal - NAAA Certified
Based in Keller Texas, we provide aircraft maintenance services at Propwash
Airport, mobile aircraft maintenance, inspection, evaluation, and appraisal
services throughout the North Central Texas area.
